NFL wants to provide more variety in key positions

The low proportion of African Americans in responsible positions are not proportionate to the large proportion in the player cadres. About 70 percent of football professionals in the NFL are black.
The owners of the NFL teams also published an opinion that welcomes more variety among the owners. In the future, it should be considered as a plus if buying interestees for teams are not white men. On the test bench this letter of intent is already in the coming weeks. The Denver Broncos are for sale and should change the owner before the start of the next season.
The NFL is always exposed to racism allegations. Lastly, the former head coach of Miami Dolphins, Brian Flores, threw three teams because he felt discriminated against due to his skin color.
